Description
I added back in the quests but I didn't update all the quest tweakers. It seems some of the logic for the hub has duplicated itself several times somehow. Not sure if this is a bug with how the level imported or if it's something the sumo devs messed up. Either way, it'd be super annoying to fix so I let it go.
